Stop by Sarg Hubbard Park,111 S. 18th St., Yakima, this Saturday and show support for the second annual CentralWAnice 5K event, The Roll 'N Stroll!

Individuals, families and community friends are all welcome. This event supports those in our community who have ever suffered from a neurological trauma, such as a stroke, spinal injury, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, muscular dystrophy and the like.

The course will be on the Yakima Greenway, including paved surfaces for those in wheelchairs. Participants can choose to do the 5K or perhaps walk, run, or stroll for one mile, or complete the half-mile trek. Vendor booths will be on site providing information about neurological traumas as well as info about vital community resources. If you need your wheelchair washed while you're there, don't worry, washings available on site, as well as a team providing 19-point inspections.

Cost:
$25 per person or $75 for a team of four.

Time:
Saturday (Sept. 30)
5K begins at 9 a.m.
One-mile and half-mile events will begin at 10:30 a.m.
