The days of "Knight Rider" are almost upon us... except the car doesn't have an ATM and Turbo Boost. This summer we will be getting our first look at the driverless car!

In case you're worried about the cars ramming into buildings, well that is a good worry. That's why a 32-acre testing ground for the driverless cars is going to be built at the University of Michigan. The "M City" will look like an average city with plenty of normal every day obstacles, including pedestrians (not real).
Creators are saying that the vehicles will be able to "talk to each other" in order to help traffic flow, prevent crashes, save lives, fuel, reduce carbon emissions and get us our pizzas on time without tips.
