Earlier this week, a video of Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek spitting rap lines, as part of answers for a category titled “Let’s Rap, Kids!” went viral. The show has a history of including rap lines randomly in the show, but a full category of Trebek dropping bars from Lil Wayne, Desiigner and others had the internet going nuts.

Trebek recently sat down with Business Insider, and had some extracurricular fun, hilariously spitting bars from Migos' smash hit "Bad and Boujee" and DJ Khaled's "I Got the Keys" featuring Jay Z and Future.

The long-running game show host says he has been taken aback by the reaction to his dropping rap lines on air. "The reaction took me completely by surprise," he said. "I still haven't heard about the total reaction. But I keep hearing from people who say, 'Boy you were everywhere yesterday. You were on this you were on that. It was tweeted here, Facebook.' But it was fun. We topped the news for one day."

Jeopardy! writers have clearly proven they are no squares. In October, they included an answer about Drake and Future's hit "Jumpman."

That same month Trebek savagely roasted a nerdcore hip-hop fan.
