Avenged Sevenfold have unveiled a new shirt inspired by the 2016 presidential election. The skeletal screen print shows the severed heads of both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump while the band's Death Bat holds them up at the presidential podium.

Avenged have never been much of a political band, though vocalist M. Shadows declared the members of A7X as Republicans in a 2006 interview. No matter the musicians’ personal beliefs, this new shirt doesn’t lean toward one side of the aisle.

The band posted a photo of the shirt via Facebook, noting that they've decided to throw their "hat in the ring" and that the piece of merch will only be available on tour:

Bands like Municipal Waste and Brujeria have printed up some delightfully violent anti-Trump shirts, while All Shall Perish released a pro-Bernie Sanders shirt where the former Democratic candidate is smoking a giant joint while driving a tank into Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump and Ben Carson.

Avenged Sevenfold recently welcomed former Bad Religion drummer Brooks Wackerman into the band, performing their first shows with Brooks in recent weeks.
