Battle of the Bands Winner ‘Fall Days’ to Open Downtown Summer Nights Tonight

Thursday afternoon, alternative-rock band Fall Days out of Bonney Lake stopped by the studio to give us a taste of what was to come when they hit stage for Downtown Summer Nights.

The upstart band, playing together for nearly two years, were the winners in an under-21 battle-of-the-bands held at the Seasons Performance Hall back on April 5.

Their prize was a slot in this year's third annual Chinook Music Fest as well as getting to open for headliners Cody Beebe and the Crooks at Downtown Summer Nights which was presented by the city of Yakima, Townsquare Media and Stewart Subaru.

Before heading to sound-check at the venue, they played an original tune for us entitled "What Have I Done?"

The song features Natalia Medrano on lead vocal, Nic Carter on acoustic bass, Liam Hagerty on percussion and Gavin Klockeman on acoustic guitar.
