The '90s brought some weird stuff that you'd only understand if you grew up in the '90s. I didn't, but my daughter did, so I tried to understand. The clothes the '90s kids wore were a little different from the '80s. The way I see it, they were just trying to be '80s but with straight legs! HA! However, most of the music didn't completely suck!
