Hardcore rock fan, KATS listener, snappy dresser and all-around swell guy "Metallicaman" Trevor Taylor was lucky enough to travel to the Moore Theater over in Seattle and rock out with the likes of Starset, 3 Pill Morning, 12 Foot Ninja and In This Moment. Here's his review:

3 Pill Morning was really good. I was a little bummed by Starset. They were great, but I just hoped for a bit more from them. But all and all they had a good performance. The band I was there for as well a vast majority of the concert goers... In This Moment!

In This Moment, they were really really good. I've seen them 4 times before. This was the first time I saw them headline. They had really cool lighting and smoke/wind effects. Literally making Maria's hair blow in the wind. She changed out fits about every song. The blood girls as well. They started out with, Sick Like Me and into another new song. Both sounded great. At that point they moved onto Adrenalize. And a few more from The Blood album. Sadly they did not play much of their older stuff. Mid-way through the show Maria walk back stage, and the band played the intro to for Metallica's "For Whom the Bell Tolls", and then the intro to Pantera's "Cowboys From Hell", followed up by a drum solo. The show ended with the song Blood. All in all it was a really great show! Worth the money and drive.
