California Sheriff Kills 13 Year Old Holding Fake Assault Weapon [POLL]

Just an hour ago a California Sheriff shot and killed a 13 year old boy in Santa Rosa California because he possessed a fake assault weapon. He could not tell that the weapon was fake.Just yesterday a 12 year old killed a teacher and wounded 2 students in a Nevada Middle school. They are starting young with wanting to be a gangster. Where are the parents with all of this happening.  But the police and sheriff cannot predict who is going to kill and who isn't.

The boy today had a fake weapon. The boy yesterday in Nevada did not. The rifle looks exactly like a real one. I would be a little worried to.
