This new DLC pack for Call of Duty: Ghosts isn’t going to let you get to the chopper as long as you have a Predator on your tail.
Devastation is the second downloadable content expansion pack for Call of Duty: Ghosts. This DLC pack will include the “Ripper” 2-in-1 weapon that can switch from functioning as a submachine gun to assault rifle whenever you would like. Be prepared to fight in four new multiplayer maps: Ruins, Behemoth, Collision and Unearthed (which is an updated version of the Dome map from Modern Warfare 3).
Also included in Devastation is Episode 2: Mayday of Ghost’s alien-based Extinction saga. Be prepared to fight off a 100 foot-tall alien with an array of new alien weaponry included for use in this expansion.
Speaking of aliens, near the end of this trailer, we were mysteriously shown a sequence from the Ruins battleground which boggled our minds. We were absolutely shocked to hear the signature clicking sound of the Predator from its self-titled, 1987 feature film. What looked like a mirage in the background turned out to be the iconic monster moving around the map in its trademark, optic camouflage. Without Arnold or Apollo Creed in sight, we have a feeling killing the Predator is going to be a lot harder than it was in the movies.
Call of Duty: Ghosts Devastation will arrive first on April 3 for Xbox Live and will arrive on other platforms at a later date.
