Courtney Love Returns to Acting With Role on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Courtney Love has decided to dust off her acting shoes and start working again. She recently mentioned that she felt the desire to return to acting, and she's starting off with what could be a decent run on television. Love will join the cast of the FX show 'Sons of Anarchy' during its seventh and final season.
TV Line reported that Love will play a preschool teacher in a "pivotal, multi-episode arc." Love will play the teacher of leading character Jax's son, and apparently will get tangled up in some sort of drama with the boy's mother, played by 'Sopranos' star Drea de Matteo.
And Love isn't the only rock star joining the cast. Marilyn Manson will also appear on the show this season as a "prison power player."
Love has been blazing a new path to redemption, taking great pains to build a comeback. She released a new song that doesn't suck. She said she stopped taking Adderall, which she claims will help prevent any more embarrassing Twitter shenanigans. And she finally buried the hatchet with Dave Grohl. Now let's just hope she doesn't follow through with that Nirvana musical.
