Deep Fried Top Ramen. Why Not?

Now, don’t be thinking I was sitting around over the weekend, sifting through various cookbooks and scouring Pintrest to find something new and adventurous. My kids wanted ramen for lunch, I made too much so I thought I’d coat the leftovers with flour, dip in an egg wash, coat with more flour and drop it in hot oil for a few minutes.
How did it turn out? Eh, it wasn’t bad. Go ahead and give it a shot for the novelty of the whole thing, but it wasn’t that great.
