Do You Know Your Rights When Being Stopped at a DUI Checkpoint?

Apparently, however, claiming your 4th Amendment right does not matter to law enforcement.  At least in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  And on the day we celebrate our nation's independence and freedom, no less.

Watch as the sheriff's deputy bullies, bosses, illegally searches and damages this man's vehicle in the name of "safety." (Ironically, the deputy never even asked if the driver had been drinking alcohol, even though it was a DUI checkpoint)

Here are the only three things an informed citizen should ever say to an officer:
1.) "Am I being detained?"
2.) "Am I under arrest?
3.) "Am I free to go?"
