I know the sun is out, but it is still super cold. Meaning the snow isn't going anywhere super fast. So what does that mean for homeowners? You need to clear a path in front of your property so people can walk on the sidewalk instead of in the street. The whole sidewalk doesn't need to be cleared, but if you don't have a clear path for people to walk through, you could get fined $50 per day per the city of Yakima.
