Exercising Portion Control Is The Key To Any Weight Loss Program

None of my friends were around to hang out with today so I spent a lot of time here at home watching college football. At some point I needed a sweet snack and my favorite ice cream bar is Strawberry Shortcake. Unfortunately this particular brand is short on shortcake and so one or two wasn't enough. I polished off the entire package within about 3 hours. They said it couldn't be done.
