Father Who Killed Daughter’s Alleged Molester Will NOT Get Charged

About a week ago, a man from Texas caught another man molesting his daughter so he beat him to death. Today, justice was served and he will be not face any charges. If you missed out on the story, a 23 year old dad heard his 5 year old in their barn screaming. When he ran to her, he saw a 47 year old on top of her with his pant down. The father did call 911 explaining, "This guy is going to die on me! I don't know know what to do!"

The 47 year old was an employee of dad, working on their ranch. Texas law provides justification for the use of deadly force, including if someone commits sexual assult. I'm sorry, but I think every state should have this law.
