The recent announcement that Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister would be getting his own Funko Pop Figure got us thinking: Which other classic rockers would we love to see immortalized as one of these ultra-popular collectible figures?

Formed in 1998, Funko has reportedly produced more than 1,000 different licensed vinyl figures to date, featuring characters from popular movies, television shows, professional wrestling and comic books.

From the rock world, Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, Ozzy Osbourne, the Ramones, the Sex Pistols and (of course) Kiss have all been previously honored with their own miniature vinyl figures.

But there's plenty of worthy classic rock candidates still awaiting their own Funko Pop Figure honor. We focused on only the most iconic musicians, ones who are instantly recognizable based on specific outfits or accessories -- or, in the case of ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, facial hair.

In addition to the fuzzy-guitar toting Gibbons, you'll find Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page in his famous dragon suit, Queen's Freddie Mercury in the yellow jacket he wore for the band's legendary 1986 Wembley Arena show, a somewhat bloody Alice Cooper (hey, at least his head is still attached!), AC/DC's Angus Young in his schoolboy suit and Elton John sporting a typically outrageous set of shades.

We don't know if Funko will ever make any of these classic rock figures, but if they do, we are most certainly going to tell our friends it was all because of our suggestions.
