Regardless of musical taste, fans across the globe unified after the Grammys to rally against Kanye West and his mind-numbingly arrogant and grossly misplaced attack on Beck and his Album of the Year (if you need caught up on his inane statements, you can check them out here).

While it seems like everything that needs to be said has already been uttered -- who can top Paul Stanley's "Beck should’ve kicked Kanye right in the nuts" remark -- the most concise, coherent and lucid testimony came around 3:30PM ET today (Feb. 9), courtesy of Garbage frontwoman Shirley Manson.

On her official Facebook page, Manson chose her words carefully as she called Kanye out for "disrespecting artistry" and making "a mockery of all musicians and music from every genre." She even refers to him as a "complete twat."

Our hat is off to Manson -- nobody has said it better, and we're guessing no one will. You can read her complete letter to Kanye below:

Dear Kanye West

It is YOU who is so busy disrespecting artistry.

You disrespect your own remarkable talents and more importantly you disrespect the talent, hard work and tenacity of all artists when you go so rudely and savagely after such an accomplished and humble artist like BECK.

You make yourself look small and petty and spoilt.

In attempting to reduce the importance of one great talent over another, you make a mockery of all musicians and music from every genre, including your own.

Grow up and stop throwing your toys around.

You are making yourself look like a complete twat.

Ps. I am pretty certain Beyonce doesn't need you fighting any battles on her account. Seems like she's got everything covered perfectly well on her own.
