Where do we start?

Wednesday night's Republican presidential debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif., had so many fun highlights.

But if we're talking high and lights, we'd have to say that as the top 11 candidates for the GOP presidential nomination gathered for their second debate, our favorite clip (roach or otherwise), was Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's admission that he smoked marijuana when he was younger.
