- GWAR have revealed that their next album, The Blood of Gods, will be released on Oct. 20 via Metal Blade Records. This marks the band's first release since the death of iconic frontman Oderus Urungus.

- The Word Alive are undergoing a lineup change, with bassist Daniel Shapiro exiting the band. It was a mutual decision and an amicable split with both the band and Shapiro issuing statements that can be read here.

- CKY have joined H.I.M.'s final tour as support for the veteran rockers. The band will be primary support on the run, while 3Teeth will open shows. Dates can be found here.

- Blackmore's Night has a new two-disc career-spanning collection called To the Moon and Back: 20 Years and Beyond coming on Aug. 18. The collection boasts three new songs, including one featuring the vocals of 6-year-old Autumn Blackmore, Ritchie and Candice Night's daughter. Additional details here.

- Barb Wire Dolls will be moving on from Vans Warped Tour with their own fall headlining trek. The tour starts Oct. 6 in Laguna Niguel, Calif. and continues through Nov. 25 in Los Angeles with support from Svetlanas and 57. Dates and details can be found here.

- Former Faith No More frontman Chuck Mosley has announced dates for his "Reintroduce Yourself" tour.  Mosley is already on the road, and will continue the run into early November. See where he's playing here.

- Ex Misfits frontman Michale Graves has a busy road ahead of him. The singer has announced "The Beginning of the End" fall 2017 tour. See the dates for the trek here and watch a trailer for the tour at this location.

- Chris Clemence, formerly of Screaming at Demons, is planning to release his second solo single. "Revolution" features a guest turn from Dead Kennedys' DH Peligro and will be released on Aug. 25.
