Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale has become rock’s go-to girl for powerful collaborations so it seems only natural that she would join forces with tour mates Alter Bridge during their recent European run.

In what quickly became a nightly tradition throughout the trek, each show Hale joined Myles Kennedy during Alter Bridge’s set to share vocals on the ballad ‘Watch Over You.’

Powerful enough on its own, the song starts off with just Kennedy and an acoustic guitar. The added bonus of Hale’s larger than life vocals adds quite a dynamic edge to an already beautiful song. Watch the video above to see one of the performances throughout their tour together.

Lzzy Hale isn’t the only guest vocalist on the live song though, it’s hard not to take notice of the passionate crowd singing along with Kennedy word for word throughout the chorus.

The tour may be over but both bands have new discs available for fans to dig into. In addition to Alter Bridge's 'Fortress,' Halestorm recently released a covers EP titled ‘ReAniMate 2.0: The CoVeRs eP’ featuring their take on songs by Judas Priest, Marilyn Manson, AC/DC and more.
