Good news for any fan of hardcore, as veteran band Hatebreed have announced a new tour celebrating two of their most impactful albums — Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire and Perseverance — with the discs celebrating 20 and 15 years respectively.

On getting ready for the tour, frontman Jamey Jasta said, “Sometimes it’s good to look back just to see how far you’ve come. There’s about four-five songs off of Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire and about six or seven off of Perseverance that we rarely play, so we’ve hit the rehearsal room and dusted off a killer batch of songs and deep cuts that we’ll blast your eardrums with this fall. Come celebrate not one but two anniversaries with us!”

Each album is important in the band’s discography for a multitude of reasons. Their debut record Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire instantly made a mark on the larger metalcore scene at large, showing what can happen when a metallic edge is injected into the larger vein of hardcore and what can be created. Perseverance as an album helped solidify the band’s place as a cornerstone for both metalcore and hardcore, a moshable package from front to back that’s undeniable.

Check out where you can catch the band below, and you can pick up tickets and VIP packages right here when they go on sale this Friday (Aug. 25).
