Homeless Man Pulls Credit Card Scam On Disney World

There's a homeless guy who screwed Disney World out of 18,000 dollars by using a stolen credit card 26 times and staying at Disney hotels. It's so crazy how someone, let alone a homeless man, can scam a multimillion dollar corporation out of  thousands of dollars! How the hell does this guy get away with this! Is there a "How to scam Disney for Dummies" book that this guy read?

I mean SERIOUSLY? 26 TIMES!
