The Jets defense forced five Colts turnovers, including four by Andrew Luck, and New York easily beat Indianapolis, 20-7, on the road Monday night.

The loss dropped the pre-season Super Bowl hopeful Colts to 0–2.

Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns, including one to Brandon Marshall with 6:20 to play that wrapped up the win. Marshall had seven catches for 101 yards on the game.

New York (2–0) only needed its offense to be efficient, because its defense kept pressure on the Colts. The Jets have recorded 10 takeaways through their first two games and are 2–0 for the first time since 2011.

Luck finished with 250 passing yards and a touchdown, but he threw three interceptions and fumbled once.
