All of our most cherished bands started off as kids with starry-eyed dreams of rock fame, rehearsing cover songs of their favorite groups, much like the twin brothers featured in this cover of Avenged Sevenfold's iconic track, "Nightmare!"

Twin brothers Tyler (singer-guitarist) and Zach Halverson (drummer) open up with the familiar, eerie lead and accented percussion. The two sound a bit fuller by the time the verse comes in, strumming away on open chords as the young frontman does an admirable job behind the mic.

Parents, if you're worrying about the mouth on these youngsters, don't worry as they've opted to leave out the f-bomb in the spotlight portion of the refrain. What's especially impressive is the frontman's ability to convincingly take hold of both roles at such an early age, displaying exceptional control over his vibrato while singing. You can check out more videos of these twin brothers performing classics by Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica and others on their YouTube channel. According to their channel, the twins were 12 years old as of eight months ago, meaning they're either 12 or 13 now, and they've just formed a band called Awakening Force.

We're sure these kids went bug-eyed when Metallica announced they'd be embarking on a headlining North American stadium this tour with Avenged Sevenfold on as support, as well as Volbeat and Gojira, all on select stops.
