Lighthouse Shift Change In French Will Give You Goose Bumps [VIDEO]

My first question is, how in the heck did they make that lighthouse in the first place?  These guys in the video really do take their job seriously. I love the water and the lighthouse, but I think after a few times up and down that rope I would probably want to find another job!
