So I'm driving along 40th Avenue not too far from the KATS studios and at a red light I spotted this sign on a telephone pole. I'm not sure if "Chris" means to purchase your surplus new diabetic test strips or used diabetic test strips. In any event his sign looks pretty legit... especially since it has a priority above the yard sale sign on the same pole. Hope he used lots of staples.
