Who says there's no crying in baseball?

New York Yankees closer Mariano Rivera made his final appearance as a player at Yankee Stadium during Thursday night's game. When the time came to pull him from the mound, longtime teammates Andy Pettitte and Derek Jeter did the duties, after manager Joe Girardi got approval from the umpires.

It was a touching moment that literally left Rivera, Major League Baseball's all-time saves leader and all-around good guy, in tears.
