Every time I get a new phone I am so excited to set the thing up my way. I am also happy that it is new because it won't die so quickly!  I feel like a take care of the darn thing but, after about 4 months, it needs to be charged all of the time.  I most recently got a new phone and I said to myself that I am not plugging this thing in until it is completely dead. Maybe that will help my battery.  It turns out I was right. I have had it for about a year and the only time I charge it is over night.
Here are some ways that we can take better care of our phones and keep that battery lasting longer.

1. Make sure you let your phone die completely and then charge it. Some people say to charge it more often. When I have done this, the shelf life of my battery has been shortened.

2. Don't fully charge your phone to 100%. It stresses them out.

3. Don't keep our phone charging when it as 100%. It also stresses them out and the battery isn't as good later on.

4. Keep your cell phone cool. The digital boards inside do not like to get hot.

Most of this is from my experience but, do a search for yourself to see.

Hope this helps and I now need to follow these guidelines!
