MTV Signs On Today In 1981 [VIDEO]

Man that was the day! I will never forget watching it come on for the first time August 1st 1981! I was just little but what a concept! Watching the music! And I wanted to be Nina so bad! Love it!The very first song that came on was 'Video Killed The Radio Star' by The Buggles! The one hit wonder song will never be forgotten!

Now, MTV pretty much sucks with there reality shows and crap like Snookie or whatever that chicks name is!

Thank god for VH1 and there music news and old school videos!
