Phillip Poissonnier racked up quite a bar tab and probably will continue to rack up the bill when he's in court. He was kicked out of his former favorite tavern in the town of Post Falls after he got too rowdy. Cops spotted him and gave him a courtesy ride home saving him from a DUI. Instead of saying "Thank You" Phillip decided to call 911 and complain about the dive that booted him.

12 calls to 911 later, insisting he'd been overcharged by the bar, the 911 dispatcher was getting tired of him to which he replied that she was "just like [his] ex-wife." Cops then went back and arrested him on charges of misusing 911, which could be up to a year of jail time.
