Imagine driving down Nob Hill heading west and you see two police cars off the corner of 66 avenue. You figure they pulled someone over or something. Then, when you drive by, you see a grown man standing on the sidewalk wearing nothing but his shoes. Well, that's what my 11-year-old daughter and I saw. And someone on the otherside took video!

The video has since been viewed over 84,000 times.

When we drove through the intersection of 66 and Nob Hill, we saw one of the officers pull out some yellow banner or something. We thought he was going to hang a sign or something; we didn't know. Driving past the we see a shirtless guy just standing there. Driving even further, we noticed he wasn't just shirtless but pantsless as well. Welcome to Yakima.

The yellow banner, or whatever it was, was meant to cover him up, I'm sure.

I had my phone in my pocket so I couldn't take any photos, not that I would've wanted to, but it was still something you don't see every day.

What did my 11-year-old daughter thing of it? My son is naked at home all the time so I think she's desensitized to it all. I asked her what she thought. She said, "that was weird, and I don't like it."
