Napalm Death, Municipal Waste + Exhumed Announce 2012 North American Tour

We’re now convinced that the apocalypse is definitely happening! There is no way that Earth will remain in one piece after the pure brutality that will be inflicted upon it after the year is done, because it seems that there has never been more heavier-than-hell metal tours announced than what 2012 has gifted us. This October, Napalm Death will be hitting the road with Municipal Waste and Exhumed, with Vektor, Dayglo Abortions, Attitude Adjustment and Speedwolf all playing select dates.

After an interview with Exhumed frontman Matt Harvey during the Summer Slaughter Tour’s New York City stop, Harvey revealed to us that his band would soon be hitting the road with Municipal Waste and Harvey’s all-time favorite extreme metal band, Napalm Death. “Those are two of my favorite bands,” begins Harvey. “Napalm is my favorite all-time grind, death, whatever you want to call it, band. We really weren’t gonna do any more touring, we were gonna try and record in November rather than in October, but it was the perfect tour for us, so we had to do it.”

Two weeks after breaking the news, we can now report that official dates for the North American tour have been revealed. The monstrous tour is set to begin on Oct. 26, in Springfield, Va., and will continue its pillaging until the Barge to Hell festival cruise, which leaves the dock on Dec. 3.
