Pastor Gets Stuck In Handcuffs and Ball Gag – Calls 911

Pastor Tom Donovan from Springfield, Illinois got into a bind recently when he managed to get himself trapped in a pair of handcuffs and a ball gag while “hanging around” in his church, St. Aloysius.
He had no place to turn so he decided to call 911. This is a recording of that 911 call.
