Radiohead Update ‘PolyFauna’ App With Music Possibly From Upcoming Album
When you're as enigmatic as Radiohead, no hint is too cryptic to mean something potentially huge.
The band have updated their trippy "exploratory audio-visual" app, 'PolyFauna,' which originally included snippets of compositions from 2011's 'King of Limbs' with brand new samples and imagery, prompting the likes of Rolling Stone to speculate that the app could provide a first listen to what could appear on Radiohead's upcoming ninth full-length. Fans can take 'PolyFauna' for a spin here.
Frontman Thom Yorke recently tweeted a handful of photos and sketches of the update:
Guitarist Jonny Greenwood revealed in March that Radiohead should be collaborating on their next album as we speak. "We're meeting up at the end of the summer, and we'll make a plan," he said. "But, you know, we’re a slow-moving animal, always have been. I guess we’ll decide then what we do next."
