It has been a number of years (decades?) that the Yakima Valley has been treated to a proper Air Fair but we'll all have an excellent chance to explore, witness and learn about a number of truly unique and genuine U.S. aviation marvels beginning next Monday, June 26th through Wednesday,June 28th when the Collings Foundation’s "Wings of Freedom Tour" visits the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field.

The tour will include:
*  World War II Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress,
*  Consolidated B-24 Liberator,
*  B-25 Mitchell bomber,
*  P-51 Mustang fighter

The aircraft will be publicly displayed at the McCormick Air Center (3210 West Washington Avenue).

Cost is $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids. Discounted rates are also available for school tours.

For a fee, flights aboard the B-17 and B-24 are available. The Collings Foundation is a non-profit organization.
