Posting nude pictures of your ex to get back at them is becoming illegal in California and maybe the rest of the country will follow suit! Should it have been already? I cannot believe that this isn't already a law. I mean, posting porn anywhere is illegal, right? Why is this coming up now?

It would mean putting perpetrators in jail for six months if convicted for first time, and up to a year for repeat violators.

The bill has already been approved by the California State Senate but it is expected to go to the state assembly by the end of this week. Some people are concerned with the fact that it will mess with peoples First Amendment rights!

I think that posting nude pictures of any nature on the internet should be illegal unless it is a website specific for porn and you subscribe. I am not against porn in anyway (hell no!) but, without the person permission, it's not nice.
