RoadRage Ends In Police Arrest And Good Aim

Talk about ROADRAGE, and not on 94.5 KATS!! Driver in  New York City  throws coffee out of  window and hits another driver by getting it through a partially open window on I-90!  Now that's  some good aim! The driver was arrested on charges of road rage, criminal mischief, and harassment.  The other driver was only charged with following to closely.  Some advice, open only your back window!
