Life got you down and feeling like you're out on a ledge? Saint Asonia not only know that feeling, they portray it pretty well in their new video for "Better Place."

The clip finds the band performing at an abandoned loft building with singer Adam Gontier venturing out on a very narrow ledge to sing while the band rocks hard inside. A number of passersby, who we learn all have issues of their own, gather around as the vocalist perilously performs from the window ledge, slipping and holding on for dear life until he's rescued. But the message has reached its intended target with a number of members of the crowd standing up for themselves and making a move to find a "better place" in their lives.

Gontier says, "I had a very clear vision of what I was trying to convey with this song and working together with P.R. Brown was a great experience. This video really makes the song come to life and is very meaningful to me personally, as I hope it will be to those who watch it."

"Better Place" just cracked the Top 10 at Active Rock Radio and the song has helped to bolster the anticipation for the band's self-titled debut disc. Saint Asonia arrives in stores today (July 31) via RCA Records. You can pick up the album via Amazon, iTunes and GooglePlay.

Saint Asonia, who also feature Staind's Mike Mushok on guitar, are hitting the road in August for their first extended touring in support of the album. They'll follow with dates opening for Seether this fall. See all of their upcoming dates at this location.
