Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman J.R. Sweezy's grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease nine years ago. As his condition has deteriorated, Sweezy and his wife have started a team that will participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's. The team is named #the12s and the couple is asking fans to join their team and support the cause.

The Alzheimer's Association is helping J.R. raise awareness about his team with the hashtags #the12s; #endALZ; #Walk2EndALZ.
