Corey Taylor lets it out! Slipknots first album inspired by some serious Porn!

Go listen to the album and you will be abel to tell! He wrote most of the lyrics from his first album "Slipknot", while hanging out in the Pornography store's bathroom!  The Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman said that he used his time at the shop to inspire the band’s early stuff. Says Corey Taylor....

The lyrics for the first Slipknot album were written in the bathroom, while I was working 9 a.m. ’til 8 p.m. at a porn shop,” he said. “I would always have my notebook and pen, and for some reason, every time I’d go to the bathroom I’d start writing something great.

Taylor also gave credit for inspiration to Nirvana, Tom Petty and Pink Floyd, as well as writers Hunter S. Thompson and Allen Ginsberg.

Coery says he has a hard time preforming the song Snuff by Slipknot because it reminds him of his bandmate and friend Paul Gray....

I do it in my acoustic set,” he said. “That song really makes me miss him a lot. It was written way before he passed, but there’s a sadness in it that breaks my heart. I still play it, though.
