Steel Diver: Sub Wars Trailer: The Handheld for Red October
This sequel to the original Steel Diver is going to be hitting the market sooner than you expect. Even better, it’s going to be available for free.
Nintendo has announced that Steel Diver: Sub Wars is going to continue the series’ submarine-based warfare and will have 4v4 online multiplayer. Even better, this sequel will be free-to-play. The free version of Sub Wars will have two single-player missions, free multiplayer and a couple of sub designs that you can unlock in the single-player mode.
The premium edition of the game will unlock Sub Wars’ full roster of submarines and give you access to all of its single-player missions. Additional submarines will also be available for individual purchases in the future as Nintendo releases them.
Steel Diver: Sub Wars is now available via the Nintendo 3DS’ eShop application.
