Last night (Oct. 16) on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' '80s pop rocker Sting appeared on the show for one of the funniest clips we've seen in a long time.

After Fallon played him a few very, very recognizable ringtones, Sting put his own spin on them with his signature vocals (check it out in the video above). Once the iconic rock star finished singing his take on the 'Stingtones,' both him and Fallon realized that they sounded awfully similar to songs that the Police have recorded -- we're sure you'll hear it, too.

And that's not all -- after that segment, Fallon called up an unsuspecting audience member to the stage to have Sting sing his outgoing voicemail message on his personal cellphone, in a hilarious rendition of 'Message In a Bottle.'

As the two tried to figure out how to record the voicemail, Sting appeared to know what he was doing, leading Fallon to comment, "What if Sting was your IT person, how cool would that be?"
