Our awesome downtown rally with the city of Yakima and 94.5 KATS is Friday night from 6-7. And master of ceremonies Brian Teegarden from NewsTalk 1280 KIT has graciously let us have the coolest trophy of them all: "The Most Outrageous Seahawks 12th Fan!" We are in!

Sunday (Jan. 25) from noon to 4 p.m. at the Columbia Center Mall in Tri Cities, you have a chance to write your name on the flag that will fly over CenturyLink Field during the Super Bowl on Feb. 1.

The Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl win last sunday was something over 30 years in the making. Most of us remember their trip to Super Bowl XL... Then again most of us don't want to remember that at all. Many 12's packed local establishments around Yakima, however KATS was at Jack-Sons West for what could be one of the best Super Bowl parties I have witnessed...

The folks at Fox Football Daily came up with an interesting challenge for the 12th Man during last Sunday's N.F.C. Championship game.

Seahawks fan Tim Froemke, a.k.a. "Seahulk", spends nearly three hours every week undergoing a transformation before every home game.

Before Sunday's Seahawks game versus the Jets, the crowd at CenturyLink Field took part in the 'Salute to Veterans.' I was lucky enough to be present for all of the pregame ceremonies which included the flipping over of 52,200 colored cards to display the message "Thank You Veterans." It sent chills down my back, but it got even better...
