We Washingtonians do a lot of things. With a population that's as diverse as our climate and topography, there is simply no shortage of things to do, that we do. It's been said that death and taxes are the only two certainties in this life. Most of us try to push them back as long as possible but, when it comes to filing our federal tax returns, it appears, we Washingtonians seem to get the inevitable over with as soon as possible, according to a recent survey.

The deadline to file your Federal Income Tax return to the I.R.S. is, annually, April 15th. This much we know. If you haven't prepared yours yet, there is always a moment of trepidation before you fill out all the forms as you wonder if you are getting a return or if you will be writing a check to Uncle Sam for the difference.
