The orca was seen 0ff the coast of the Kamchatka peninsula in Russia back in good ol' 2010.  The whale was named Iceburg by some russian scientists who saw him. This wasn't the only case of a all white orca, in 2000 a white orca was spotted off the Washington coast.</p>
