As heard on The Big Show this morning, the KATS studio was graced by the presence of two comedic greats, Derek Sheen and Monica Nevi, as they gave us a sneak peek of the live comedy coming to the Laugh Lounge this weekend.

I've been doing radio for 15 years, Improv Comedy for five and being a goofball since I was born. Thirty-three years later I'm going to take the stage solo and see what I can do. Might be the last time I do it solo, might not. We will find out Friday night at the Laugh Lounge Comedy Club.

Some people want or need a place to be heard. For many it's the Internet. But others want local interaction. To see the face of a person who is not behind a piece of glass. For that there's the Laugh Lounge Comedy Club, which hosts open mic and karaoke every Thursday night.

Where else are you going to see make-believe Moon Boots & Ataris? Redneck Shakespeare? The Story of Bonnie & Clyde told in the style of Grindhouse? Or go to a party with guests like David Hasselhoff, Tattoo (from Fantasy Island) pretending he's John Wayne, & the love child of Tonya Harding & Godzilla?

Unexpected funny happened on 1st street last night (Friday, Sept. 12th) and looks to happen again! At the Laugh Lounge Comedy Club, 13 Year Comedy Vet BJ Johnson & comedic great Billy Anderson tore up the stage but got some help from some familiar faces to the Yakima Valley!

As heard on The Big Show this morning, Mr. BJ Johnson called in while en route to Yakima to give us a sneak peak of the live comedy happening this weekend at the Laugh Lounge.

This weekend has a whole new level of funny rockin' the Yakima Valley. Craig Gass, Jason Stewart and the Manic Thunder Improv Troupe tore up the Yakima Laugh Lounge Friday night with a sold-out room and was on its way to doing it again Saturday.
