3 weeks ago This weekend Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina was supposed to be racing with rock n roll as the Carolina Rebellion Festival took place, sort. The bands took the stage for a full day on Saturday but due to inclement weather the show promoters had to cancel the second day off the festival.
