Test Strips

So I'm driving along 40th Avenue not too far from the KATS studios and at a red light I spotted this sign on a telephone pole. I'm not sure if "Chris" means to purchase your surplus new diabetic test strips or used diabetic test strips. In any event his sign looks pretty legit...
