Walking around at Yakima's Biggest Yard Sale over the weekend, I picked up a few things. I didn't buy as much as I thought I would, but there were some great finds! One toy that stood out to me was this odd bird-like man with a secondary face with beak in the character's chest. There's a button on the back that opens and closes the chest-beak. Any ideas on what this could be?
