Hey, it's the Famicom's 30th Anniversary! Don't know what the Famicom is? Well, it was more commonly known in North America as the Nintendo Entertainment System.

To celebrate, Nintendo's offering $0.30 downloads daily for a different featured NES game on the Virtual Console. These games will be offered each month until their anniversary on July 15th, 2013. The price is certainly right for a bunch of these classics. This month's title is Balloon Fight, so get to the Wii U eShop and pony up your $0.30 to start reliving the good ol' NES days!

Ron Gilbert's new adventure platform-puzzler, The Cave, is also now available. Players can choose three out of seven unique characters to explore a talking cave and find what they truly desire. The game begs to be played multiple times just to see everyone's story. Grab it on the Wii U eShop!

Funky Barn is also now available, giving players a chance to show how green their thumbs are on the Wii U GamePad. The game promises to let you fill up your lands with the, "wackiest contraptions and goofiest gizmos," that you've ever seen, so that's got to promise some agricultural fun. Look for it on store shelves or in the Wii U eShop.

Then there's the Brain Age: Concentration Training demo. You can now try out this iteration of the series that shames people into sharpening their wits and cognitive abilities. The game promises to help improve your concentration and short-term memory, which is something that all gamers could find advantageous. You can get the full game on the Nintendo 3DS eShop or retail shelves on February 10th, 2013.

Some other titles available are Super C (the sequel to the tough-as-nails shooter, Contra), Cocoto Alien Brick Breaker, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, which are all available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
